Kumawuman Rural Bank Limited has officially opened a branch at Kwamo on the Ejisu-Kumasi highway at a short but colorful ceremony. This brings to eleven the number of branches currently being operated by the Bank.
The new branch is targetted to serve customers of the Bank living within the boundaries of Ejisu-Juaben Municipality and the Kumasi Metropolis.
The Bank has now computerised and networked all its eleven branches, and so customers of the Bank can now deposit and withdraw cash as well as transact other businesses at any of the eleven branches in Ashanti Region.
Nana Owusu Nyinayin, chief of Kwamo, in an address charged players in the banking and finance industry to be guided by honesty, transparency, and the key principles which establish the banking and financial industry.
He opined that when there is trust and understanding between an organisation and its clientele, there is bound to be success in its undertakings.
He therefore called on the management and staff of Kumawuman Rural Bank to educate their clients, especially on their products and services, to enable clients have a clearer understanding of their operations and also heighten the interest of others to join the Bank
